The Role
As IT Project Manager at Unbound IT, you will manage and deliver a wide range of projects including:
•Cloud migrations (Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid environments)
•Cybersecurity implementations (EDR, firewalls, compliance frameworks)
•Infrastructure upgrades and network transformations
•Business continuity and disaster recovery solutions
•Automation and digital transformation initiatives
•Internal systems and service delivery improvements
You’ll work closely with technical engineers, cybersecurity specialists, service desk teams, third party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered:
•On time
•Within budget
•To clearly defined scope
•To the highest technical and security standards
We operate using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on the project always prioritising structured planning, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
•Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation
•Coordinate cross functional technical teams and external partners
•Manage risks, dependencies, and change controls
•Provide regular progress updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders
•Forecast and manage project budgets, ensuring value for money
•Negotiate and manage third party vendor deliverables and contracts
•Ensure alignment between technical implementation and client business goals

To be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate:
•Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of IT projects
